That’s why Nicole and Chiara are offering a unique sound experience to help us ground, connect to our heart space, and explore new dimensions.
During this experience, you’ll hear the beautiful sounds of thunder and wave drums, flutes, guitar, crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, a magical harp, and more. As you listen, you’ll be able to let go of any tension and stress, and enter a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
After the sound experience, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals and build your network. This is a great way to meet new friends, share your intentions for the year ahead, and find support and encouragement as you work towards your goals.
To fully enjoy the sound experience, it’s recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything else that will help you find complete comfort while lying on the floor. There will be no movement during the experience, so feel free to take a walk or move before the event to release any extra energy.
