Cosmopolitan Hotel: Charm of the Old West

If you enjoy the beauty of vintage antique furnishings and true old-fashioned personal service, then Old Town San Diego’s Cosmopolitan Hotel is the place you’ll want to be.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel sits atop the former home of San Diego pioneer Juan Bandini. Constructed in 1827, the original adobe home is the second-oldest building in Old Town and one of the oldest in San Diego County. We offer a unique bed and breakfast experience with our Victorian-style bedrooms and baths, private dining rooms and historic saloon. Each of our rooms is elegantly appointed with American-made antique furnishings from the 1860s and 1870s. And with just ten rooms, our staff pays attention to your every personal need.
