Please Note: Under California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 3, Chapter 1, Section 4331, no one may solicit goods or services in a state park without a permit.  Also, per District policy, permits are required when bringing groups over 25 or more into any park, no matter the activity. In summary, permits must be requested through our Special Events office when any activity of any group size involves commercial or for-profit activity, as well as for any activity involving 25 person or more whether commercial or not.
